Great story. Excellent choice of words! Masterfully written, with a degree of formality, which further brought the images to life. I look forward to reading beyond the first chapter!

I read the first chapter and I want more! This chapter is a classic in the making and will be a major bestseller. Being a published author I can feel that this author is going to emerge from the crowd and become a mega-star. C Jones definitely catapults to the to of the competition for me. This is an "opus in the si-fi fantasy field"; the characters are larger than life, memorable and based on this one chapter I want more of this all-out epic adventure. I just HAVE to download more - I think this alone says it all!!

Although this is not my kind of book, it was compelling and well written. I would love to see it as a movie.

Great chapter and what imagination, the mixture of old and modern technology. You really feel like you are becoming one of the author’s characters wishing them along threw the adventure. A must buy.

The first chapter captured my interest and I couldn't stop until the very last sentence of the entire book.

An interesting mix of technology with classic fantasy. Generally, a well written opening chapter, although at times the plot devices seem contrived. More dialog and less narrative would help the flow.
