A Pocket Full of Poesy |
| By: Suzanne Strong
| A Pocket Full of Poesy is just that; a concise collection of humourous and poignant poems about flowering pot plants, dogs, love, loss, abuse, art, music, joy and hope. Some of the poems flow in a light hearted whimsical rhythm and others express deeper emotions, thoughts and pain. Suzanne's poetry is honest, raw and intense and her style has been described as "musical" and "melodic." |

| I like the fact that Suzanne's poetry does rhyme, though her meter is not always structured as mine is. Her thoughts on life in general parallel mine in many ways, and reading her first chapter gave me courage to go on and try to publish my first poetry book. |
