I absolutely LOVED this book. This is definitely the winner. The book isfor children and adults of all ages. Move over JK Rowling, Nathaniel Hensley has arrived!! This has the potential for a series and movie! Reading it you can actually visualize each character, the setings, and action. It is one of those books that you read very slowly as the end nears, for you do not want it to be over. I did not want to disconnect. Way to go Nathaniel!!! I can't wait until the next book in the series. |

| This book seems the perfect precursor to a successful series. The characters and different elements of their situation could perfectly grow and extend in so many directions. Highly recommended. |

| I LOVED the 1st chapter and am antiipating hearing great things about this author. His ability to write a 1st chapter that immediately draws you in is a talent that few authors have. It is a book for the young and old and would be a delight to read aloud to your child. Can't wait to read the book in its entirety and am anticipating a series of books for Hannah and Hector. Kudos Nate !!!!!!!!!!!! |

| Nice balance: a completely ordinary small town (out of a Jan Karon novel) with an extraordinary feature, the Strange House, with slightly odd residents. The first chapter is provocative and would entice the curious kid to find out what is clearly going to happen. Something scary but not too scary. |

| Wonderful first chapter. Well written and enjoyable. I love ghost stories and can't wait to find out what happens next. So I guess I'm going to have to download the rest of the book. The author shows real talent and needs to move on to the next round. |

| I found this book to be such an easy, fun read. The dialog is believable, the characters are well-developed and the story is interesting and exciting. I can imagine not only young adults but anyone who enjoys a good, intriguing story will thoroughly enjoy this book. I know I did. |
