Meet Your Neighbors |

This book is made up of vignettes about people I have met in cyberspace and at S&M clubs between 1988 and 1996 in and around Los Angeles, California. If you saw these people on the street, you wouldn't give them a second glance. They look and act like ordinary men and women. They are like you. They are like your neighbors. They may be your neighbors. These people come from all walks of life and include lawyers, psychologists, film writers, college professors and school teachers, newspaper reporters, small business owners, office workers, construction workers and supermarket clerks. They share at least two things in common: they are kinky and their entire lives seemingly revolve around their sexual interests. I have become friendly with many of these people, and have had S&M sex with more than a few of them. The stories about them are true, although I have changed names and other identifying information to protect the guilty. For those readers who may find it hard to believe that these people really exist, remember the old saying, "Truth is stranger than fiction". However, if you are a police officer or other agent of social control, and want to ask me about any of these people, you must understand that they are all figments of my imagination. They don't really exist. I know nothing about anything. I'm more than a little senile, and if really pushed, I'll take the Fifth. Furthermore, any similarities to people, living or dead,is purely coincidental. |

| I'm sorry but the other comments say it all. Not a nice book at all and not well written. Sorry I wasted my time. |

| From what I read, this is the introduction rather than the first chapter. It is promise of what you will write rather than a sample of your writing. If you want feedback on your erotice writing, it would be helpful to provide some grist for the mill. |

| Not erotic at all. Reads like notes for a sociology or psychology paper. Dull. |
